Five domains. Use one, or several.

Consultancy Mantra works across E-Learning & Learning Design, Skill Development, AI & Technology, Data & Insights, and Business & Strategy. Begin in one domain or combine several around a larger challenge.

The work we do

Choose the expertise the work requires.

Examples in context

What the five domains look like in practice.

These short narratives use work already documented on this site. They describe the contribution and setting without implying endorsement or claiming a quantified result.

E-Learning & Learning Design

Micro-credential learning for SWAYAM.

Through The Learning Designers Community, instructional design support was provided for DigitalSkills2Succeed micro-credential courses in a GIZ-supported initiative. The contribution covered course architecture, learning activities, assessment and quality review: the connected parts required to turn subject matter into a usable learning journey.

Skill Development

Practice-led GeoGebra workshops for educators.

Faculty-development work with Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti used demonstrations, guided classroom applications, practice and discussion across in-person and online formats. The example shows why skill development is more than content delivery: participants need opportunities to try a tool in the context where they will use it.

AI & Technology

Applied AI learning in a computer laboratory.

A documented training session placed applied AI learning in a working computer-lab setting. That context matters. Technology support has to connect a use case with guided practice, responsible-use considerations and the enablement people need before a new tool or workflow can become part of everyday work.

Data & Insights

Data, public systems and evidence-led delivery.

CivicDataLab is documented as a direct consultancy engagement in this area. The reference grounds the domain in a real public-systems context while avoiding an unsupported impact claim. The work illustrates the need to connect evidence, decision requirements and delivery rather than treating a dashboard as the end result.

Business & Strategy

Business and organisational consulting in context.

D.K. Traders is documented as business and organisational consulting experience. The reference shows the practical emphasis of this domain: frame the decision, clarify priorities and translate direction into an operating plan. Scope and outcomes vary by engagement, so no quantified result is asserted here.

Scoping the engagement

Start with the outcome, then define the work.

These steps establish the scope. Consult → Build → Amplify explains how the engagement is delivered.

Frame the outcome

Define what must change for people, the organisation or the wider system.

Select the domains

Choose only the domains and specialist inputs required to achieve the outcome.

Choose the approach

Use CA-PRAXIS™ when the result is stronger, verified client capability. Use SEED when the result is a designed and delivered course, programme, platform, workflow, data system or other solution. Use both only when both results are required.

Frequently asked questions

Questions buyers ask before the work is scoped.

Do we need to use all five domains?

No. Each domain can stand alone. Consultancy Mantra combines domains only when the intended outcome genuinely depends on more than one kind of expertise.

What is the best way to begin?

Begin with the change you need, the people involved and the constraints around delivery. The initial consultation is used to frame the outcome before selecting services or a delivery approach.

Can you strengthen an existing programme rather than build a new one?

Yes. The work may diagnose and improve an existing curriculum, workflow, data practice, operating model or capability programme. Scope depends on what already exists and what must change.

How is capability transfer handled?

Knowledge and capability transfer can be built into the engagement through practice, tools, documentation, role clarity and support for internal ownership. The exact method is agreed for the project context.

Does the website guarantee a particular result?

No. Intended outcomes, measures and responsibilities are defined in the proposal or written engagement agreement. Website examples explain the type of work and do not replace a scoped commitment.
