You may browse and use this site for lawful informational purposes. Website content is not a proposal, contract or guarantee of outcomes. A consultancy engagement begins only through a separate written agreement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to this website operated by Consultancy Mantra, an MSME based in Delhi NCR, India (Udyam registration UDYAM-DL-05-0057786). By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Website purpose and information
The site describes Consultancy Mantra’s services, delivery approaches, sectors and selected experience. It is intended for general information and initial business discussion. Content may be updated, corrected, withdrawn or reorganised without notice.
Although reasonable care is taken in preparing content, the site is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory or other specialist advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on website information.
3. Consultancy engagements
Sending an enquiry, receiving a response, joining an introductory call or viewing a delivery approach does not create a formal consultancy or other business relationship.
Any engagement is subject to a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, timelines and other project-specific terms. If those agreed terms conflict with these website terms, the signed engagement terms govern the engagement.
Examples, delivery approaches and descriptions illustrate how work may be structured. They do not promise a particular result. Actual delivery depends on context, inputs, participation, constraints and the agreed scope.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may access, link to and print reasonable extracts from the site for your own lawful, non-commercial evaluation of Consultancy Mantra’s services, provided you retain attribution and do not alter the meaning.
You must not:
- Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability or bypass security controls.
- Scrape, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial site content without written permission.
- Misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, client relationship or authority to act for Consultancy Mantra.
- Use site content or branding in a deceptive, defamatory or misleading manner.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, layouts, visual treatments, graphics and delivery-approach descriptions are owned by or licensed to Consultancy Mantra and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
“Consultancy Mantra”, its logo, “Consult · Build · Amplify”, the CA-PRAXIS™ Model, the CA-PRAXIS™ Capability Ladder and SEED are names, marks or delivery-approach identifiers used by Consultancy Mantra. The ™ symbol indicates a claimed mark, not a registered one; no registration is currently held in any jurisdiction, and use of ™ here does not imply otherwise.
Third-party names, logos and photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where authorised or otherwise legally permitted. The relationship and visual-attribution conventions used on this website are explained in the Disclaimer. No licence is granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these terms.
6. Enquiries and material you submit
You remain responsible for information you submit. You confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that doing so does not violate confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Please do not send trade secrets, security credentials, sensitive personal data or confidential project material through the general enquiry form. A confidentiality obligation arises only through a separate written agreement or an express written undertaking.
You permit Consultancy Mantra to use the submitted information to review and respond to the enquiry, keep appropriate correspondence records and take steps toward a possible engagement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Future skill courses and digital learning
Consultancy Mantra may later offer instructor-led, blended or self-paced skill courses. This section provides general terms for possible future courses only. No course is offered for sale merely because this section appears on the website.
Before enrolment or payment, each active course listing or checkout flow will state the provider, intended learning outcomes, prerequisites, format, schedule or access period, language, technical requirements, fees and taxes, payment method, support route, assessment method, certificate status, cancellation and refund terms, and any age or participation restrictions.
Enrolment and access
- Course access is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable. Login credentials and paid materials must not be shared, resold, copied or made publicly available.
- Learners must provide accurate enrolment information, use the learning environment lawfully and respect instructors, other learners, privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property.
- Access may be suspended for fraud, payment reversal, abusive conduct, security threats, unauthorised sharing or material breach, subject to applicable law and a reasonable review process.
Delivery, assessment and certificates
Course content, instructors, dates or platforms may be reasonably adjusted when necessary to maintain quality or respond to circumstances. Material changes will be communicated and any remedy required by applicable law or the displayed course terms will be honoured.
A certificate, badge or completion record confirms only the achievement expressly stated for that course. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, income, professional registration, academic credit or recognition by another institution unless the course listing expressly says so.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments may be processed by a disclosed third-party provider. The price, taxes, currency, cancellation window, refund eligibility and any consequences of starting digital access will be shown before purchase. Course-specific terms and mandatory consumer rights prevail over this general section. Nothing here removes a refund, withdrawal or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If courses are made available to children, enrolment will require the parent or guardian process and data safeguards described at the point of collection. Until those controls are available, children should not create accounts or enrol directly.
8. External links and disclosures
The site may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Consultancy Mantra does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Information about organisation references, experience statements, AI-assisted conceptual visuals and documentary photography is provided in the Disclaimer.
9. Availability, disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors or harmful components, or that content will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Consultancy Mantra disclaims implied warranties relating to this website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any mandatory statutory rights. Project-related liability, if any, is governed by the applicable written engagement agreement.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, business or applicable requirements. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum that applies, courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to use of this website.
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@theconsultancymantra.com.
