Name, email and message are required because we cannot review and respond to an enquiry without them.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include and the email address you use.

The site stores a light-or-dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is not used to identify or track you. Depending on the hosting environment, standard security logs may temporarily process information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.

Information that may be collected when future features launch

Analytics, advertising and course-enrolment features are not active on the effective date of this notice. If they are introduced, the information may include:

Please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, health information, information about children, or other sensitive or confidential material through the general enquiry form.

The period depends on whether an enquiry becomes an engagement, the nature of the correspondence and applicable requirements. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised through reasonable administrative processes.

If course services launch, retention will also depend on the access period, learning and certification purpose, refund or dispute window, accounting and tax obligations, and any valid request to retain or erase data. Feature-specific retention information will be provided before or when those services collect data.

Your theme preference remains in your browser until you change it, clear site data or remove local storage.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, email or cloud service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the enquiry form only for the limited business information it requests.

If we add non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools, we will name the providers and purposes, update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls when required by law.

Skill courses and learner services

If enrolment, paid courses or learner accounts launch, the enrolment flow will give additional information about the course provider, platform and payment processor; required and optional data; access and retention periods; assessment and certification records; refund or cancellation handling; and any use of recordings or learner contributions.

We will not use learner information for unrelated advertising or sell it. Any optional marketing communication will have a clear choice and an unsubscribe method. If a course is offered to children, age checks and verifiable parent or guardian authorisation will be implemented where applicable before processing their personal data.

9. Children, photographs and generated visuals

This website is intended for organisations and adult professional visitors. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the enquiry form. Work involving learner or child data must be governed by a separate written scope, appropriate authority and safeguards.
